After cleansing the face apply one of our serums that works for your skin typ. Use the face cup by putting it on the face, squeeze the cup and you will get a suction on the skin. Make sure to constantly move the cup starting from inside to outer parts of your face towards the ears. This also helps with lymphatic drainage and helps to get rid of excess fluids in the face.
You need to have a constant move of the cup so you do not get bruises and the movement also gives the skin a lovely massage.
Always wash your cup after use with warm water and soap to get rid of any dead skin cells, bacteria etc. You can also disinfect it with alcohol to keep it clean.
