Thistle oil Organic

Thistle oil is an excellent source of Omega 6 and Omega 3 essential fatty acids, also known as vitamin F. The essential fatty acids make up over 80% of the oil content. Thistle is particularly high in Omega 6. The oil is good for oily skin and skin with large pores, where it can help to reduce the size of the pores. It also contains a high value of Vitamin E, which is a strong antioxidant. The oil is well tolerated and ideal to use on skin with problem, mature skin and normal to oily skin. It is also used for fragile nails that are prone to splitting.
