Watermelon seed oil

Watermelon seed oil is also known as Ootonga oil or Kalahari oil. The oil contains high levels of linoleic acid an Omega 6 essential fatty acid. It is also very rich in B vitamins especially niacin, folic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid. The oil also contains high levels of magnesium and zinc.
