Welcome to Body Confidence and Wellbeing Coaching with Ellie. A place where all your parts are welcome and we meet all of who you are with curiosity and compassion.


You are probably here because you might;
Feel stuck somewhere in your life and you don’t want to feel stuck anymore.

The mind, body, heart, and soul are inseparably linked. They provide the greatest learning and
opportunity for change when we reconnect to all our parts from a new place of curiosity and
compassion.


Our bodies are our physical homes throughout this lifetime. It is through our bodies that we
experience our lives. Everything we think, feel, say or believe is felt in our bodies.


Living a Self integrated life means that we allow all our parts to come back home to us. We accept
all of us, the “good”, the “bad”, "the ugly" and the “unpleasant”.


For many people, their bodies have become a foreign place, a place that feels disconnected from
the heart, mind, and soul. We are scared to feel our emotions, we believe unhelpful thoughts, we
mistreat our body and we reject the calls from our soul.


Our inside world has created different strategies to cope and to make sure we don’t have to go to
uncomfortable places within us that we have pushed away and abandoned.


Yes, we can continue with our strategies, and often we might not even be aware of the strategies;
they’ve been with us for so long that they operate our daily living and we don't even question them, it is what it is, and it's all that we know of.


OR:
We can get to know our strategies, understand and decide if that’s what we really want for us in
life. What story are you repeating, telling yourself, and living every day? Because whether you are aware of it or not you are repeating something.


We can step into our bodies and integrate all parts of us, to live our best and happiest life.


We can free up self-limiting beliefs that keep us back from reaching our full potential.


We can free the energy stored in our body because we haven’t allowed emotions to get expressed
and move through us.


We can tap into places of creativity, joy, health, energy, and vitality.


We can enjoy being us, not compared to anyone else, but shining as our authentic, integrated Self
where we bring home all parts of us.


We can feel trust in ourselves and know that when life brings challenges we are capable and we
have the innate wisdom and the tools we need to get us through hardship. And we trust ourselves, that we know what we
need because we listen to our bodies, heart, and soul with a compassionate mind.


We will allow us to be where we need to be so we can move forward.


Body Confidence Coaching is an ACTION ORIENTATED framework. Even if we know something
intellectually but don’t put it to action nothing will change. To get the change there needs to be an
action. What is it that you want to create? Do you want to create a life based on your consciously
chosen actions or do you want to stay in reactive-based subconscious programming from early
childhood? With your awareness and your action, you decide what you want to create. Every
action we take produces some kind of a result. This result gives feedback to help us to take the
next action step.


To live a Self integrated life we are looking for ways in which ALL of you can be expressed, loved,
honored, and valued by you.


Essentially, we are focusing on developing a positive, loving, compassionate, and supportive
relationship with you.


Sustainable change happens when we begin to truly connect with who we are, what we want, and
how we treat ourselves. The relationship with you is one of the key components of body
confidence coaching and in living a Self integrated life.


When we feel safe and happy in our own skin, our relationship with who we are changes, and our
relationship with others changes too.


Often we want to make a “positive” change in a harsh, critical, demanding way. They don’t fit too
well together in the long run. Or we are too afraid of stepping into our full potential because we
think we are not enough or worthy. In Body Confidence Coaching we approach change with self-compassion, support, and in a loving and caring way.


When our journey comes to an end you will still continue with transformational changes. Our
body is always changing as it processes the different stages of our lives, our emotions, our
thoughts, and our soul calling. Once you have achieved a goal, the next one opens up, and so on.
Change is always happening. When you live a Self integrated relationship with all of you, you will
know how to use different tools and the wisdom you've gained to manage different stages of your
life and help you to live in a state of flow during the highs and lows in life.
